Preliminary

 

1. Medical and dental procedures have potential risks as well as potential benefits. For that reason, you should consider the overseas treatment option carefully. If you have any queries or concerns, discuss them with your doctor – and ask what is best for you. While it is a practical first step, the evaluation of your case which will be made remotely, using photographs and information which you will supply, does not, as is not intended to, replace an individual assessment made by a health care professional in person.

2. Any contract which arises directly or indirectly from any promotion, from or through the Oceanscape Group LTD website, or if a customer is introduced by a third party, is between the customer and Oceanscape Group LTD.

 

3. Once the medical or dental team has made a preliminary assessment, we will advise you of the price for the medical or dental procedure in EURO.

 

Medical/Dental Procedure

 

4. The procedure will be carried out in a hospital or dental surgery, and the surgeon or dentist will consult with you and undertake a careful examination before you finally commit yourself to the procedure.

 

5. Subject to you making payments as stipulated, we will assist you with arrangements for a preliminary assessment and consultation. This may involve you providing photographs and/or x-ray images which will be sent to the hospital or dental surgery for examination and analysis. We will send you more information about the photographs and x-ray images. After examining the images, the hospital’s medical team, or the dentistry team, will advise if you are suited to the medical or dental procedure which you seek. If the medical or dental team concludes that you are not suited for that procedure, it may suggest an alternative, which could be more costly than the price previously suggested. You can, of course, elect not to proceed.

 

Payment

 

6. Oceanscape Group LTD requires a deposit for medical treatment as outlined and dependent on the treatment or treatment provider.

This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE however transferable. This deposit will be allocated towards your final treatment price due as per your medical consultants treatment plan.

A date or dates for consultation and surgery must be arranged and booked in advance. Dates are subject to availability. It is essential that the payments specified by Oceanscape Group LTD are paid on the dates stipulated. 

 

7. The price for the medical or dental procedure is payable by you to the hospital or the dental practice, in EURO as quoted by your medical consultant.  

 

Our Position

 

8. Oceanscape Group LTD assists customers to arrange medical treatments in Turkiye. The cosmetic surgery and associated medical treatment is provided by medical professionals, and the dental procedures are provided by qualified medical professionals.

Oceanscape Group LTD does not itself provide or supply the cosmetic surgery, the medical treatment, or the dental treatment, and Oceanscape Group LTD ’s services are provided, and you proceed, strictly on the basis that:

 

(a) you have assessed the implications and risks of undertaking treatment in Turkiye on your own, without being influenced or persuaded to do so by Oceanscape Group LTD; and

 

(b) you acknowledge and accept that the role of Oceanscape Group LTD is limited as set out above, and that Oceanscape Group LTD is not responsible or liable for the quality or efficacy of any procedure or treatment, or for any injury or defect or disability or difficulty which occurs during, or arises after or as a consequence of, any procedure or treatment or any action or inaction on the part of the treatment provider or personnel, before, during, or after the procedure or treatment; and

 

(c) You release Oceanscape Group LTD from any and all responsibility and liability that Oceanscape Group LTD might otherwise have had in relation to any procedure or treatment.

 

All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice. The price is only guaranteed when paid in full. Please note that prices quoted are subject to change. Price changes may occur by reason of matters outside our control which increase the cost of the product or service. Such factors include adverse currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, taxes and airfare increases. Please contact a consultant for up to date prices


 

These are the Terms and Conditions governing the use of this Service and the agreement that operates between You and the Company. These Terms and Conditions set out the rights and obligations of all users regarding the use of the Service.

Generally, the type of personal information we collect about you is the information that is needed to facilitate your travel arrangements and bookings and to arrange travel related services and/or products on your behalf.

·       payment account information (credit/debit card details, including card type, card number, security number and expiry date); 

 

·       passport details; 

 

·       loyalty program / frequent flyer details; 

 

·       health information such as your dietary requirements and health issues (if any); and 

 

·       other details relevant to your travel arrangements or required by the relevant travel service provider(s) (e.g. airlines and accommodation, hospital and tour providers). 

 

 

We will only collect sensitive information in compliance with your local data protection laws, with your explicit consent and where it is reasonably necessary for, or directly related to, one or more of our functions or activities (e.g. to make travel arrangements), unless we are otherwise required or authorised to do so by law.
